First. My co-worker Malcolm told me over some delicious Bay Cities, that the REAL way to cook pasta, is in alcohol. Naturally. How have I never heard of this? God Niki, crawl out of your black hole.
Second. This is something I ABSOLUTELY have to try... so after searching the web for delicious sounding recipes, I decided to stop on Six Course Dinner, since theirs seems to 1. be easy and 2. really lets the pasta be the main part of the dish. Once I've successfully mastered the basic technique, then I can experiment.
Three. Now I need to go buy some Choco Vine Chocolate Red Wine to go along with this...
